Artist applications are now available for the 2016 DubuqueFest Fine Arts Festival! Tired of having to print and mail in your application? You can now complete the entire process online here, or by navigating to the “Artists and Vendors” tab above. We will review submissions until February 15th, so be sure to apply before then!
