The DubuqueFest Panorama

In 2013 DubuqueFest commissioned artist Tim Olson to create a community interactive art project. Olson created the “DubuqueFest Panorama”  that features more than 600 festival goers! DubuqueFest also commissioned film makers Tim Connery and Kylie Clark to create a documentary film about the project entitled “Portrait of a Festival.”
